  • Ulei de masline - 4 linguri
  • Sare - dupa gust
  • Dafin - 2 frunze
  • Fasole neagra - 300 g
  • Ceapa - 1 medie
  • Usturoi - 2 catei
  • Rosii - 150 g
  • Supa de pasare - 1 l
  • Scortisoara - 1 praf
  • Piper - dupa gust
  • Costita afumata - 150 g
  • Tortillas de faina de grau - 4 bucati
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 75 minute pentru 4 portii

Supa de fasole neagra este o mancare traditionala mexicana, foarte gustoasa si hranitoare datorita perzentei nu doar a legumelor ci si a costitei afumate. Aceasta supa de fasole se serveste deobicei insotita de tortillas de faina alba, ce inlocuiesc painea.

Supa mexicana de fasole neagra - faza 1

Puneti fasolea la inmuiat in apa rece pentru 12 ore ( ex: seara pentru a le prepara a 2-a zi).

Clatiti fasolea si scurgeti-o. Puneti uleiul intr-un vas, ardeiul iute (intreg sau taiat in bucati), ceapa si usturoiul tocate fin, costita (bucata intreaga) si dafinul. Coaceti totul la foc domol apoi adaugati rosiile taiate cuburi, praful de scortisoara iar la final fasolea neagra.

Adaugati supa de pasare si fierbeti totul 45 de minute la foc mic, acoperind vasul partial cu un capac. Dupa ce fasolea a fiert, adaugati sare si piper dupa gust si serviti supa mexicana de fasolea neagra alaturi deĀ tortillas de faina alba.

Puteti servi supa de fasole neagra, ornand-o cu frunze de coriandru proaspete, tocate fin.
