Ingredients
  • Vinete - 1 cana vinete coapte si tocate
  • Sare - 1 lingurita
  • Patrunjel - 1 fir
  • Ceapa - 1 ceapa tocata fin
  • Usturoi - 1 catel
  • Susan - 1 lingura pasta
  • Piper - 1/2 lingurita
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 15 minute pentru 2 portii

In tarile arabe, perioadele lungi de post si diferitele interdictii culinare i-au inspirat pe locuitori sa creeze retete vegetale foarte gustoase, apreciate in intreaga lume. Iata una dintre ele.

Curatati si pisati usturoiul, apio amestecati-l bine cu vinetele coapte si tocate si cu pasta de susan. Cand obtineti o pasta omogena, puneti compozitia intr-un blender si adaugati sarea, piperul si ceapa, apoi mixati totul pana amestecul devine omogen.

Puneti totul intr-un bol, ornati cu frunze proaspete de patrunjel si cuburi fine de rosie si serviti cu placere.
