Piept de curcan cu portocala - CooKing.Ro

Ingredients
  • Sare - dupa gust
  • Unt - 100 g
  • Portocale - 4 bucati
  • Piper - dupa gust
  • Carne de curca - 1.2 kg piept
  • Vermouth - 100 ml
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 15 minute pentru 2 portii

Ce delicatese punem pe masa de Craciun sau de Revelion? Foarte usor de preparat, delicat si aromat de parfumul portocalelor, pieptul de curcan cu portocale cu siguranta va va lasa oaspetii fara replica. Iata cum procedam!

Spalati pieptul de curcan, dezosat si curatat de piele, apoi scurgeti-l bine ajutandu-va de un prosop de hartie. Taiati pieptul in felii groase de circa 1 cm si presarati feliile obtinute cu sare si piper. Puneti carnea de curcan la prajit intr-o tigaie antiaderenta in care ati topit in prealabil untul, intorcandu-le pe ambele parti pana ce capata o culoare aurie, apoi pastrati carnea la cald.

Taiati 2 portocale in felii fara a le curata de coaja, iar in grasimea ramasa in tigaie prajiti-le putin. Scoateti feliile de portocale pe o farfurie si pastrati-le si pe acestea la cald. Celelalte 2 portocale, curatati-le de coaja si seminte si taiati-le in cuburi.

Puneti in tigaia folosita anterior, carnea, cuburile de portocala si lasati totul sa fiarba la foc dulce timp de 6-7 minute, apoi mariti flacara aragazului si turnati vermouth-ul. Ajustati de sare si piper si mai lasati pe foc inca 2-3 minute.

Serviti pieptul de curcan cu portocala, stropit cu sosul ramas in tigaie.
