Ingredients
  • Faina - 200 g
  • Unt - 100 g
  • Apa - 70 ml
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 60 minute pentru 4 portii

Pasta brise este un aluat de patiserie frantuzesc, folosit foarte des in prepararea dulciurilor dar mai ales pentru acoperirea tartelor sarate, printre care bine cunoscuta Quiche Lorraine.

Pasta Brise - faza 1

Puneti in robotul de bucatarie faina (1), untul taiat cuburi (trebuie sa fie rece), putina sare si mixati totul pana obtineti o compozitie cu un aspect nisipos (3).

Pasta Brise - faza 2

Puneti compozitia obtinuta pe suprafata de lucru ( marmura, sticla sau metal – trebuie sa fie rece) si incepeti sa framantati repede, adaugand putin cate putin apa ( si ea tot rece), pana ce obtineti un aluat compact (4), si suficient de elastic (5).

Terminata aceasta procedura, impachetati pasta brise in folie de bucatarie si lasati-o sa se odihneasca la frigider timp de 40 de minute. Trecut acest timp pasta brise este gata pentru a fi folosita in retetele dumneavoastra.
