  • 2-4 coaste de miel
  • 150 g fistic
  • 1 lingura mustar
  • 2 linguri de ulei
  • 40 g pesmet
  • 8 frunze de menta
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 45 minute pentru 2 portii

Prima incercare de a pregati un meniu de Paste frantuzesc ?  Reteta frantuzeasca “ Miel in crusta de fistic si menta”  este o idee originala si gustoasa pentru masa de Paste.  

 

Ingrediente pentru 2 persoane:

• 2 – 4 coaste de miel

• 150 g fistic

• 1 lingura mustar

• 2 linguri de ulei

• 40 g pesmet

• 8 frunze de menta

 

Mod de preparare “Miel in crusta de fistic si menta” :

1. Gatiti bucatile de carne de miel 15 minute in cuptorul preincalzit, la 200 ° C.

2. Intre timp, decojiti fisticul. Amestecati-l cu mustar, ulei, pesmet si frunze de menta.

3. Scoate-ti mielul din cuptor si lasati-l sa se raceasca timp de 15 minute. Cu o perie speciala ungeti mielul cu pasta de fistic.

4. Adaugati iar bucatile de miel in cuptorul preincalzit, la 200 ° C, timp de 10 minute.

 

Mod de servire :
