Ingredients
  • 1 kg pulpa miel cu os
  • 250 ml vin alb
  • 250 ml apa
  • 4 catei usturoi
  • cateva fire cimbru
  • cateva frunze menta
  • piper
  • sare
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 45 minute pentru 4 portii

Prepara Friptura de miel cu vin si menta, o reteta de Pasti simpla si foarte gustoasa.

  • Condimentam bine bucatie de carne cu sare piper, cimbru si menta tocate marunt si le punem intr-un vas Jena. Usturoiul il taiem feliute si il punem peste carne.
  • Turnam in tava vinul si apa atat cat sa acopere bucatile de carne. Acoperim vasul cu folie alimentara si lasam la frigider peste noapte.
  • Dam la cuptor la foc mic si lasam pana scade zeama si carnea e rumena.
  • Garnisim cu frunzulite de menta si servim.

Sfat:

Cand si cand mai stropim carnea cu sosul din tava.
