Reteta Cotlete de berbecut cu bere - CooKing.Ro

Ingredients
  • Sare - dupa gust
  • Patrunjel verde tocat fin - pentru ornat
  • Ceapa - 2 mari
  • Morcovi - 2 medii
  • Cartofi - 4 mari
  • Piper - dupa gust
  • Carne de miel - 4 cotlete berbecut
  • Bere - 500 ml
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 60 minute pentru 4 portii

Cotlete de berbecut fragede cu care sa va incantati musafirii de sarbatori. Aroma lor unica in combinatie cu savoarea sosului de bere si dulceata morcovilor si a cartofilor va incanta pe orice va degusta acest fel.

Spalati bateti (ca pentru snitele) si condimentati cotletele de berbecut, apoi puneti-le intr-o tava la cuptor impreuna cu jumatate din cantitatea de bere si ceapa taiata felii. Tineti tava la cuptor pentru circa 30 de minute, pana ce cotletele incep sa se rumeneasca. Trecut acest timp, adaugati in tava morcovii taiati rondele, cartofii taiati cuburi, sare si piper dupa gust si restul de bere. Continuati coptura cotletelor la cuptor, la foc mediu, pana ce berea scade si se formeaza un sos brun. La final puneti verdeata proaspata, tocata fin si serviti cu placere.
