Reteta Cartofi cu migdale si lamaie - CooKing.Ro

Ingredients
  • Sare - dupa gust
  • Lamaie - sucul de la 1 lamaie
  • Margarina - 70 g de post
  • Cartofi - 10 medii
Bucatarie: Timp preparare: 30 minute pentru 6 portii

Zilele de post nu trebuie sa fie un chin. Iata de ce va propunem o reteta de  post usor de preparat si gustoasa cu care va veti incanta familia cu siguranta sau pe care o puteti folosi ca si garnitura alaturi de friptura preferata, odata iesiti din post.

Primul pas in prepararea cartofilor cu migdale si lamaie este curatarea cartofilor si taierea lor in cuburi. Puneti-i apoi la fiert in apa cu putina sare.

Daca aveti samburi de migdale neprajiti, prajiti-i in putin ulei. Daca insa migdalele sunt deja prajite, sariti acest pas. Puneti apoi migdalele in robotul de bucatarie si macinati-le pana ce devin cat bobul de orez.

Prajiti migdalele macinate in margarina, timp de un minut, apoi adaugati sucul de lamaie.

Cand cartofii au fiert, strecurati-i si adaugati-i in tigaia in care ati prajit migdalele, peste acestea. Presarati putin patrunjel sau oregano, in functie de preferinte, amestecati bine si serviti cald.
